Refund policy

At INDALIKIS, every piece is created with intention and delivered with care. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it  within clear boundaries.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To qualify for a return, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items with removed tags
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or limited-edition pieces (unless faulty)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered based on stock availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll resolve it quickly — replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
